Absolute Tender Care provides licensed residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 18–65, in accordance with Texas Home and Community-based Services (HCS) standards. We focus on person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, skill development, and meaningful participation in the community. Each resident receives individualized support in a safe, structured, and home-like environment.
DeJuan Howard, Owner and Founder, brings hands-on experience in residential and community-based services, emphasizing person-centered support, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
Tiffany Howard, Co-Founder and Partner, focuses on creating nurturing, family-oriented environments while supporting staff engagement and the overall well-being of residents.
